1. Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure the filing of all bid documentation and change notices in accordance with internal rules;

Prepare and participate in the approval of technical data sheets;

Prepare initial project cost breakdown tables;

Carry out follow-ups with clients for any submitted bids;

Approve change requests (charge or credit) for projects not assigned to the project manager;

Ensure document management in compliance with internal rules;

Accompany the senior estimator and project managers on site when required.

2. Job Requirements

Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in administration or any relevant training;

Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in estimation and building evaluation, building mechanical engineering, or any other discipline deemed relevant (asset);

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or in administration;

Experience in the construction field (asset);

Proficiency in technological tools and the Microsoft Office suite;

Very good skills in using Excel files and ability to adapt to new computer tools;

Organizational skills, rigor in document management, and attention to detail;

Analytical and synthesis skills;

Excellent communication skills;

Excellent organizational skills and information management;

Customer service orientation, team spirit, and effective communication.
